FCC to Consider Tulare, California's Request for Noncommercial Educational Channel *3

The Video Division of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received a proposal from One Ministries, Inc. to allot reserved noncommercial educational channel *3 to Tulare, California, as the community's first local television service. The FCC will consider the request in a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking.
