Wireline Competition Bureau Seeks Comment on Petitions Seeking Reconsideration of the RIF Remand Order

The Wireline Competition Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission is seeking public comment on petitions filed by several organizations, including Common Cause and INCOMPAS, to reconsider a 2018 order related to the RIF process, and to address concerns raised by the D.C. Court of Appeals.
