FCC to Hold Open Commission Meeting on November 15, 2023

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will consider several reports and proposals related to broadband internet access, domestic violence, and government impacts of artificial intelligence, including a Report and Order to implement the Safe Connections Act of 2022 and a Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to establish a framework for preventing digital discrimination of access.
