Regulatory Decisions by the FCC

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is set to consider two items: one to eliminate the symbol rate limitation in the amateur service, and another to grant the Minnesota Independent Equal Access Corporation (MIEAC) relief from dominant carrier regulation for its long-distance access service.
