Dove Media, Inc. Seeks Allotment of Channel 4 for Jacksonville, Oregon

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received a petition from Dove Media, Inc. to allot reserved noncommercial educational channel 4 to Jacksonville, Oregon, as the community's first local television service and its first NCE television service.
