FDA Filing Petition to Remove Hazardous Solvents from Food Additives
The US Food and Drug Administration has submitted a petition to amend food additive regulations, filed by the Environmental Defense Fund and other organizations, to remove four hazardous solvents: benzene, ethylene dichloride, methylene chloride, and trichloroethylene.
