FDA Requests Comments on IT and Customer Experience Strategies

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on its Information Technology (IT) Strategy and Customer Experience (CX) Strategy, which aim to modernize the Agency's data and technology capabilities and improve customer experience, with the IT Strategy due for update by September 30.
