Outsourcing Facility Fee Rates for Fiscal Year 2025

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced the fiscal year 2025 rates for establishment and reinspection fees for outsourcing facilities that compound human drugs and register under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act). The fees range from $6,488 for small businesses to $21,534 for non-small businesses, with a reinspection fee of $19,465.
