FDA Clears FLAGYL Tablets for Continued Sale After Review

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has ruled that Metronidazole tablets by Pfizer, in doses of 250mg and 500mg, were not withdrawn from the market due to safety or efficacy concerns, allowing the agency to continue approving Abbreviated New Drug Applications (ANDAs) for these products.
