FMCSA to Revise Information Collection Request for Hazardous Materials Safety Permits

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) plans to submit a revised information collection request for hazardous materials safety permits to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, following an increase in the estimated number of annual trips involving permitted hazardous materials transportation.
