FDA Releases Draft Revised Guidance for Industry on Genotoxicity Testing of Veterinary Drug Residues in Human Food

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released a draft revised guidance for industry (GFI) #116, developed by the International Cooperation on Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Registration of Veterinary Medicinal Products (VICH), outlining a Standard Battery of Tests for evaluating the genotoxicity of veterinary drug residues in human food.
