FDA Releases Draft Guidance on Follow-up Testing for Ames-Positive Drugs

The FDA has released a draft guidance to help sponsors of drugs with Ames-positive active ingredients or metabolites determine the necessary follow-up testing before conducting first-in-human clinical trials with healthy subjects.
