FDA Denies Hearing Request, Imposes 5-Year Debarment on Yong Sheng Jiao

The FDA has denied a request for a hearing from Yong Sheng Jiao, also known as Yongsheng Jiao and Wilson Jiao, and issued a final debarment order barring him from providing services related to approved or pending drug products for 5 years, following a felony conviction under the FD&C Act.
