U. S. Rail Corporation Granted Exemption to Construct and Operate Brookhaven Rail Terminal

The U. S. Rail Corporation has been granted an exemption to construct and operate a 18,000-foot railroad line at the Brookhaven Rail Terminal in Brookhaven, New York, to serve as a common carrier and transport up to 500,000 tons of aggregate annually to Sills Road Realty, LLC.
