US Updates Harmonized Tariff Schedule Numbers for Paper and Paper-Based Packaging Products

The US government has finalized a rule updating the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) numbers for paper and paper-based packaging products, with the aim of allowing for future changes in the classification system while ensuring continued assessment collection, administered by the Paper and Packaging Board with oversight by the Agricultural Marketing Service.
