US Department of Health and Human Services Proposes New Collection to Improve SNAP and Medicaid Coordination

The US Department of Health and Human Services is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection to identify barriers and facilitators for better coordination between the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Medicaid agencies, with the goal of developing a Best Practices Guide.
