Comments Request: Understanding States' SNAP Customer Service Strategies

The U.S. government is seeking public comments on a new information collection for a study on SNAP customer service strategies, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The study aims to analyze customer service practices in 9 states through in-depth case studies and identify effective methods for improving customer service in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
