FSIS Announces Plan to Conduct Consumer Labeling Research Using Focus Groups

The US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is seeking public input on a new information collection to test proposed labels for safe handling of raw and partially cooked meat and poultry products through focus groups, with a total of 247 hours of participation expected.
