USDA Invites Public Comment on Proposed Information Collection for WIC and FMNP Waivers

The US Department of Agriculture is seeking public comment on a new information collection for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) and WIC Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (FMNP), which requires reporting on waiver requests authorized by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 and the American Baby Formula Act of 2022.
