USDA Proposes New System of Records for Enterprise Physical Access Control

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has proposed a new system of records, the Enterprise Physical Access Control System (ePACS), to control physical access to USDA facilities and restricted areas across the United States, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
