FSIS Announces New Information Collection on Food Safety Behaviors Among Parents and Caregivers

The US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is seeking public feedback on a new information collection, which will involve in-depth interviews with parents and caregivers to gather insights on food safety knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors, as well as consumer responses to food safety messages related to home cooking.
