Pipeline Safety Agency Extends Public Comment Period for Texas Eastern Transmission Special Permit Request

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is extending the public comment period for a special permit request from Texas Eastern Transmission, L.P. to reduce the length of its pipeline subject to the request, following a previous notice on April 23, 2009. The request and supporting documents are available at www.Regulations.gov (Docket No. PHMSA-2008-0257).
