Farm Service Agency Requests Comments on Revision to Emergency Conservation Program and Biomass Crop Assistance Program Information Collection

The Farm Service Agency is seeking public input on changes to the information collection process for the Emergency Conservation Program and Biomass Crop Assistance Program, which will include new forms and software to be implemented in fiscal year 2024.
