Agricultural Marketing Service Finalizes Rules for Dairy Donation Program and Updates Milk Donation Reimbursement Program

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) has finalized rules for the Dairy Donation Program, removing the September 1, 2023, expiration date, and has also updated the Milk Donation Reimbursement Program, which was set to expire on September 1, 2023. The changes were published on August 24, 2023, and are effective immediately.
