USDA Proposes New System of Records for SNAP and Other Programs

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food and Nutrition Service is proposing a new system of records, entitled USDA/FNS-13, Mercury, to automate correspondence tracking and management for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, Child Nutrition Program, and other initiatives.
