Notice of Funds Availability; 2021 Emergency Livestock Relief Program (ELRP) Phase 2

The Farm Service Agency (FSA) is issuing a notice to announce the second phase of the 2021 Emergency Livestock Relief Program (ELRP), which will provide assistance to eligible livestock producers for losses related to a drought or wildfire that affected their winter forage during the 2021 grazing season, following a prolonged period of drought.
