Almonds Grown in California; Amendments to the Marketing Order

The US Department of Agriculture proposes amendments to Marketing Order No. 981, which regulates the handling of almonds grown in California, to modernize and simplify the program, and establish authority to borrow funds and accept advanced assessments.
