Notice of Request for Extension and Revision of a Currently Approved Information Collection

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend and revise a currently approved information collection for reporting and recordkeeping requirements under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA), which was amended in 1930, as part of its compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
