FSIS Requests New Information Collection for Salmonella Control Strategies Pilot Projects

The US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is seeking public input on a new information collection to test control strategies for reducing Salmonella contamination in poultry products, following an increase in requests for participation in the pilot projects program.
