Forest Service Extends Comment Period for National Forest System Monitoring Directive

The Forest Service is extending the comment period for its proposed directive on National Forest System Monitoring from 30 days to 45 days, following the publication of a notice in the Federal Register on November 28, 2023, and a revised closing date of January 11, 2024.
