Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection; Comment Request

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval to renew the Medical Office Survey on Patient Safety Culture Database information collection project, which was previously published for public comment in May 2021. AHRQ is extending the public comment period by 30 days to allow for additional feedback.
