Coast Guard Proposes Safety Zones for Piscataqua River Dredge Project

The US Coast Guard is proposing two temporary safety zones in the Piscataqua River in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, to protect people and vessels from hazards associated with dredging and blasting operations for the widening of the uppermost turning basin.
