Finger Lakes Railway Corp. Files Request for Continuance in Control Exemption with STB

The Finger Lakes Railway Corp. has filed a request with the Surface Transportation Board (STB) for a continuance in control exemption to operate under Midcoast Railservice, Inc. The exemption would allow the company to continue operating under the current control structure.
