Spanish Financial Conduct Authority Submits Substituted Compliance Application to SEC

The SEC is seeking public comment on a request by the Spanish Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores to determine that certain foreign security-based swap dealers and participants can comply with US regulations by meeting EU and Spanish requirements.
