US Department of Commerce Announces Final Results and Partial Rescission of Countervailing Duty Review for Chinese Solar Cells

The US Department of Commerce has determined that Chinese producers/exporters of solar cells are receiving subsidies, and is rescinding a review for 40 companies that did not have any sales in the US during the review period.
