EPA Approves District of Columbia's Regional Haze State Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a regional haze state implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by the District of Columbia (DC) as satisfying applicable requirements under the Clean Air Act (CAA) and EPA's Regional Haze Rule (RHR) for the program's second implementation period. The approval corrects an error in the citations in the previous final approval of the DC NOx RACT rule.
