DOI Proposes Changes to Insider Threat Program System of Records

The Department of the Interior (DOI) is proposing modifications to its Insider Threat Program system of records to update its location, system manager, and routine uses, while also seeking to exempt the system from certain provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974.
