FHWA Withdraws Environmental Impact Statements for California Highway Projects

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is withdrawing its notices of intent to prepare Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) for two California highway projects, while announcing plans to prepare a draft EIS for an expanded version of the High Desert Corridor project, which spans Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties.
