NIH Submits Request for OMB Review of OASYS and FCAS Vendor Portals

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has submitted a 30-day comment request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval of the Office of Acquisitions System (OASYS) and FFRDC Contract Administration System (FCAS) Vendor Portals, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
