EPA Proposes Action on California's Clean Air Plans for San Joaquin Valley

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposes to take action on portions of California's state implementation plan to address Clean Air Act requirements for fine particulate matter (PM 2.5) national ambient air quality standards in the San Joaquin Valley, a moderate nonattainment area.
