Bureau of Indian Affairs Approves Pueblo of Jemez Tribal Leasing Code Under HEARTH Act

The Bureau of Indian Affairs has approved the Pueblo of Jemez Tribal Leasing Code, allowing the tribe to enter into agricultural, business, and renewable energy leases without additional BIA approval, as mandated by the Helping Expedite and Advance Responsible Tribal Homeownership Act of 2012 (HEARTH Act).
