PBGC Proposes Change to System of Records Notice Under Privacy Act of 1974

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is proposing a change to one of its systems of records notices to allow disclosure of information to other government agencies, enabling it to fulfill its statutory responsibilities as mandated by the Privacy Act of 1974.
