SEC Suspends Miami International Securities Exchange and MIAX Emerald Proceedings on Proposed cToM Market Data Fees

The SEC has suspended proceedings to determine whether to approve or disapprove proposed rule changes by Miami International Securities Exchange, LLC and MIAX Emerald, LLC to establish fees for their cToM market data products.
