US Courts Administrative Office Publishes Interim Regulations for Chapter 7 Trustees Payments

The US Courts Administrative Office has issued interim regulations governing payments to chapter 7 trustees, effective from January 12, 2021, to September 30, 2026, and invites public comments on the proposed rules until September 17, 2021.
