Air Plan Approval; Pennsylvania; 1997 8-Hour Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards Second Maintenance Plan for the Greene County Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a state implementation plan revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to maintain the 1997 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standard in the Greene County area, in accordance with the Clean Air Act. The revision was submitted by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) and pertains to the Commonwealth's plan for maintaining the 1997 ozone NAAQS in the Greene County Area.
