NOAA Announces Public Hearings and Comment Period for Connecticut National Estuarine Research Reserve Designation

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking public input on a draft management plan and environmental impact statement for the proposed Connecticut National Estuarine Research Reserve, with a 45-day comment period set to end on March 15, 2024.
