HHS Makes Determination on Petition to Add Employees to Special Exposure Cohort

The US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has made a determination regarding a petition to add employees from Superior Steel Company in Carnegie, Pennsylvania, to the Special Exposure Cohort under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000 (EEOICPA).
