US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds India Flange Producers Sold Below Normal Value
The US Department of Commerce has found that Indian producers of finished carbon steel flanges, including R.N. Gupta & Co. and the Norma Group, sold their products at prices below their normal value during the 2019-2020 review period, prompting an antidumping duty investigation.
