HRSA Seeks Public Comment on Proposed MCH Jurisdictional Survey Instrument

HRSA is requesting public comment on a proposed data collection project, the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Jurisdictional Survey Instrument, to collect information on the well-being of mothers, children, and their families in U.S. territories and jurisdictions, excluding the District of Columbia.
