EPA Approves Illinois Air Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the Illinois State Implementation Plan (SIP) that aim to regulate new and modified sources of air pollution, transferring responsibility for administering existing permits to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA).
